Beth believes that the process of buying or selling a home is a very personal transaction. So, when a client puts their faith in her to assist them, she uses her rare combination of personal attention and professional drive to deliver results. It is hard to imagine anyone working harder for their clients than Beth does and she credits her strong work ethic in part to the time she spent in the US Army Reserves and is proud to be a veteran.
Beth truly enjoys what she does which results in a seemingly endless supply of energy and a positive attitude every step of the way. Combine that with her years of proven success and undeniable industry knowledge and the result is one of the best real estate experiences anyone could hope for.
Beth Ulrich began her real estate career in 1993 and as a rookie, quickly became one of the top agents in the Twin Cities. Initially, she worked almost exclusively with first-time homebuyers but quickly expanded her expertise into new construction and luxury homes.
Beth not only knows the real estate market in the communities she works in – she also gives back to those communities. She volunteers for numerous organizations and has served on multiple boards including Gleason Lake PTA, TwinWest Chamber, Wayzata Area Chamber, Sherburne State Bank, and P.E.A.S.E. Academy. Beth also co-founded a non-profit called The Caring Effect where she hosted a radio show to bring awareness to the needs of others and then gave the listeners the tools to make a difference. She also speaks at several marriage retreats throughout the year and teaches confirmation at her church.
Beth and her husband, Eddie, have been married for over 25 years and live in Southwest Plymouth where they raised their four daughters.
