Our experience with Regency Homes, all the way from the sales process, design, construction, working with partners on home selections, and post-move-in, was the best home building experience we have had.  The team at Regency Homes was responsive, listened carefully to us, and executed terrifically.  In the end, we are now living in our dream forever home in a location that we love.  Kudos to the Regency Team!

We hired Regency to do a major remodel to the main floor of our 21-year-old home. We could not be more pleased with the result. They made the planning process such a pleasure. They listened to our wishes and combined their creative talents with their building expertise and skills to make a plan that was perfect for us. There was complete transparency regarding costs throughout the entire process. Their staff went out of their way to respond to our questions quickly and completely and we had communication with them frequently. Whenever we had a question or concern, they were “on it”. The companies and trades people with whom they work are excellent and very pleasant and responsive.

When the project was done, they continued to respond to our questions and need for small changes until the finished product was just as we wanted it. There were no arguments or disagreements-their culture is clearly customer oriented. Living in our basement during the process was not easy but it was so much better knowing we were getting what we wanted and had a sense of trust in the company. We would strongly recommend Regency for a new home or a remodel.

We had the pleasure of building our new home with Lori Serum and the Regency Homes team in 2022/2023. We started the process during Covid, and from the very beginning the Regency Team was up front and transparent about the entire process. The pricing and budgeting was clear from the beginning and throughout.
I cannot say enough about their follow through. Any time that any little thing would come up, Lori would call us directly, listen & understand the situation and handle it immediately. They were with us till the end and beyond making sure we were in love with our new home and that everything was functioning properly.

Their organization, communication, responsiveness, & ability to find great creative solutions, as well as just being super people to work with made the whole process such a joy.
