We’ve Built A Name For Ourselves
Women-owned and women-run, BLV Development is committed to building homes that embrace the existing character of the surrounding communities while at the same time enhancing and improving the value of the neighborhoods in which they develop.
These efforts are led by industry experts Beth Ulrich, owner of Ulrich Real Estate, and Lori Serum, owner of Regency Homes. Together, Beth and Lori have over 50 years of experience building and selling homes in the Twin Cities area.
Beth and Lori joined forces in order to provide New Custom Home Construction options in Wayzata and the surrounding communities. They both live in Wayzata, are active members of the community and have a vested interest in the long-term effects their projects have.
